Available for the first time to amateur society’s, Coleshill are pleased to announce they are one of the first of over 500 groups to be taking part in this record breaking event.
Set in the Yorkshire village of Knapeley and based on a true story this emotional play tells about the friendship and enterprise of a small group of ladies.
They come up with a novel idea to raise money to purchase a new settee for the waiting room in the local hospital , where Annie’s husband John had died of leukaemia , she and her best friend Chris manage to persuade four fellow Women’s Institute members to pose nude with them for an “alternative “calendar .
The Calendar is a great success but Chris and Annie’s friendship is put to the test following their new – found fame.
Age: 12+ due to brief swearing and nudity.
Licenced bar available at the venue and ample parking opposite at Chantry House.
